To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required for first-time guests, 10am reservations, wedding treatments, brow and lash treatments, or bookings of two or more guests. This deposit will be deducted from the final price, with the remaining balance due on the day of your treatment.

Please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may affect the length of your treatment. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, we may not be able to provide the full service if it impacts the following client’s appointment. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.

We kindly ask that you make any changes or cancellations to your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled treatment. Failure to do so will result in a prepayment requirement for rebooking, and a missed appointment fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to accommodate all our valued patrons.
